Due to the customized nature of the program, the payment is non-refundable.  The program fee does not include personal expenses, such as travel to the retreat, travel insurance, and meals other than those provided.  By participating in the program, you acknowledge that some parts of the program may be adventurous and may involve personal risk, potentially causing injury or death.  You are responsible for assessing your own suitability and capability to participate in any activity.  You should consult your physician regarding your fitness for travel and particular activities.  You voluntarily and knowingly assume the risks attendant to travel and participation in the program and the activities.  You also agree that you are responsible for assessing your medical and psychological suitability to participate in the program, and that you have consulted with a medical professional as needed to determine your suitability to participate.  You agree that if at any time during the program you encounter any physical, emotional or psychological difficulties or ailments warranting health care evaluation or treatment, it is solely your responsibility to identify that need and to obtain the needed evaluation and treatment.  You acknowledge that the program facilitators have the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and video of you, or in which you may be included, for editorial, trade, and advertising purposes in connection with the facilitators’ business in any medium (including print and any electronic form such as on web sites and social media).  You release the facilitators from all claims and liability relating to such images, and waive any claim for additional compensation.
